Description
This dessert is a joke seriously delicious and grown-up. Fragrant sour-sweet jelly with a flavor of wine and milk "foam" with a taste of coconut liqueur –great combination! You can remove the alcohol by replacing the volume of fruit juice without pulp or water, and dessert so happy to eat children. Of course, a children's version should not be issued under a mug of beer. And a little joke on friends, say, on February 23 – it is appropriate!

Cooking
Soak the gelatin according to the instructions.
Of water and cook a light sugar syrup.
Remove from heat and add tea bags, cinnamon stick and half finely chopped and slightly mashed lemon. Let stand and infuse, not permitting strong cooling.
Pour the wine and add honey. Stir well the liquid. We don't like too sweet, and you really should –you might want to adjust a little taste. Should be sweeter and brighter than for drinking gelatin will take the taste by about a third. Stir in 3\4 of the swollen gelatin in hot liquid, leaving about a quarter to "foam". Strain through a sieve into mugs, filling them two-thirds full. Remove in the cold for solidification.
Mix condensed milk with lemon juice from second half of lemon (or a little less), add the liqueur, mix well. The remainder of the gelatin to dissolve in the micro or in a water bath and pour in the condensed milk while stirring.
Mix well and pour into mugs top. Allow to completely harden.
Serve immediately from the fridge to the mugs steamed up and the effect of "twins" was stronger.
