Ingredients for 6 servings, tastes best served with rice.

1.Chicken fillet cut into thin strips.
2.Pepper cut into thin strips.
3.Pineapple cut into small pieces.
4.In the bowl mix ingredients for sauce and set aside.
5.In a bowl with chicken, add starch and stir so that it coated all the pieces.
6.In a wok or large skillet over high heat, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil. In several attempts fry the chicken until Golden brown, 2 minutes to sunset.
7.Remember that the pieces in the wok should not be crowded, otherwise they will not be fried, and braised.
8.Ready fillet put on a plate and set aside.
9.In a wok put the ginger and fry, stirring, 30 seconds. Add the peppers and fry, stirring, for about 3 minutes until soft-crisp.
10.Return to the wok the chicken and add the pineapple.
11.Pour the sauce and, stirring constantly, heat over within 1-2 minutes.
