As it is not going we have cooked compotes. From what did not made it in any way. But harvested in the winter for a sweet soul. But only rolled compotes open mind, and that there was such a recipe. More precisely, even not the recipe but the idea of cooking the compote.

Cooking
Here's everything you need. You can take a couple of leaves of mint (I have not added). My 3-liter jar, put it pre-washed fruits or berries. The number I wrote is a sample, I put so to fill a little less than half of the banks.
Fill with sugar. 3-liter jar, I take a coffee Cup (150 g).
Fill to top with boiling water, cover with lid and leave to cool.
After cooling, refrigerate, preferably overnight. All the juice is ready. Tastes like harvested in the winter, but still fresh.
