Beautiful pancakes with berries, fragrant sauce will delight the whole family. A piece of summer in winter!

Cooking
Knead the dough, let stand 30 minutes. Then pour into a plastic bottle and pouring the batter into the pan, draw a heart or any other patterns
Take frozen raspberries and black currants. Allow to thaw and then RUB all through a sieve.
In a saucepan pour the water, gradually add the sugar, stirring constantly.
Then add the wine and berry puree. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. The sauce is ready.
