Smoothies, on yogurt, pear and carrot
I love to invent different smoothies with kefir or milk.. today-on the yogurt! Add seasonal fruit-pear, the most useful raw carrots, drop of olive oil from the first pressing and... snack ready. Yes, you can add bran to satiety.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 мл

  • Carrots

    1 ст. л.

  • Pear

    1 шт

  • Seasoning

    1 щепот.

  • Olive oil

    1 ч. л.

Cooking

Pear garden, very juicy! Remove the middle, easy to divide into pieces. Need one big or two small.

Pour in the bowl for whipping the pear drinking yoghurt.

Carrot peel and finely grate. You will need only a spoon, but the rest I like to eat with sugar, or put in other dishes.
