Ginger smoothie
Light, refreshing and healthy smoothie! :) Low calorie content allows you to include it in part of many diets, and the addition of carob makes this drink sweet and pleasant taste.

Ingredients

  • Pear

  • Almond milk

  • Ginger

  • Carob

    2 ст. л.

Ingredients: pear, dates, a piece of ginger root.

Carob and almond milk. Almond milk I make myself, the recipe mizuko. The almonds only take twice 200 ml of hot water will need 20 g of almonds.
