Cooking
Cut the spinach leaves, onion and onion siboulet.
Cut into cubes the potatoes and carrots.
In a deep saucepan melt butter and put in there all the chopped vegetables. Fry for three minutes.
Pour in milk, sprinkle with salt and add the spices to taste.
All mix thoroughly and leave to simmer under a cover on slow heat for half an hour.
Meanwhile, make white bread toast, cut it cubes and fry in butter. To taste you can add salt, pepper, dried dill, etc.
Just before serving the soup to table, pour in a saucepan the grated cheese, add sour cream and stir.
Sprinkle top of each serving with cheese and croutons. Serve while everything is hot.
