What if tequila is shorter than limes, which, as always, bought more "just in case"? But the idea of the compote! Was born of itself: limes - a sour, cherry is a sweet, fructose - perfectly complements the taste of fruits and berries, not interrupting it, and, voila, compote with a unique taste and aroma ready! Taste, as expected sweet and sour, bright, and the aroma resembles alcoholic cocktail "rum with cherry juice"!
Cooking
First we need to boil water. In boiling water, immediately drop the chopped lime into halves and cherries and again bring to a boil, then cover with fructose.
Then the compote needs to cook for 10 more minutes, after which lime is extracted and ready to drink! If the gloomy weather in the compote, add a little red wine and drink it warm/hot. Sultry summer you can use the compote as a refreshing soft drink by adding ice and a sprig of mint!
