Delicious and healthy! Without meat, but with cream, very original.

Ingredients

  • Rosemary

  • Broth

    1,2 л

  • Vegetable oil

    3-4 ст. л.

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Potatoes

    2 шт

  • Green beans

  • Cream

    100 мл

  • Parsley

    2 ст. л.

Cooking

Beans, peeled potatoes, carrots and celery finely chopped, lightly fry in vegetable oil, add the fennel and rosemary

To connect vegetables with pre-cooked broth and simmer on the fire for 40 minutes

Ready soup season with salt-pepper to taste, season with cream, decorate with parsley
