There are cucumbers, but no time for processing? Salt cold way and forget about them for 4 to 5 days, and then roll. Strong, tasty and crunchy.

  • Water

  • Dill

  • Horseradish

  • Leaf currant

Add cucumbers and cover with cold water with salt to the top. Leave to ferment 4 to 5 days.
