Soup of vegetables with rice in a pot
I represent to your attention a delicious and simple vegetable soup with vegetables with rice. The soup is cooked in the convection oven. Cook it in portion pots and one large pot (or saucepan). But due to the nature of the work, in portion pots the cooking time is reduced.

To prepare the rice: pour the desired amount, rinse and leave in strainer to "dry out". For soups I like to use round grain rice "Kuban" from the Mistral.

Wash and peel the vegetables. Carrots grate on medium grater; potato, pepper and tomato cut into cubes, with tomatoes, first remove the skin; onion cut into half rings. With lemon it will be necessary to remove the zest.

Vegetables to put in pots. To the vegetables add the rice - 2 tbsp (without top) in each pot. Then add salt and optional pepper and add the tomato paste (I like to add mix: tomato paste + sauce "bollocks"). Now every pot should pour the water (boiling hot).

Close the pot lids and put in aerogrill. I have because of the "tails" of caps you have to put the expander ring, the pots are on average lattice. (Usually with extension ring cooking time in the convection oven increases.) Asked parameters: temperature 260 degrees, the fan speed is high, the time is 50 minutes. After about 30 minutes in pots need to ADD LEMON ZEST. Prepare to signal.
