Envelopes with salted salmon
The site has a lot of recipes of pita bread and the fish, but I'm nella. Prepare them for all holidays and always go with a Bang! I hope someone will be useful to my recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pita

  • Adyghe cheese

    200 г

  • Mayonnaise

    100 г

Cooking

Fish and cheese cut into slices to get 16pcs. Pita bread cut into 4 parts.

Take a piece of lavash lubricated with a thin layer of mayonnaise, in the middle across the spread 2 slices of salmon and top with 2 slices of cheese. (I have a photo of the remains of fish and cheese, cooked almost before the arrival of the guests forgot to take a picture)

Wrap pita bread envelope. So done with all pieces of pita bread.

Spread on a baking sheet, on top of every envelope, piece of butter in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes so that the cheese had melted. Take out, allow to cool a little and cut in half. Spread on a plate, sprinkle with greens and on the table. Bon appetit!!!
