I cook everything in the pressure cooker (it's easier and faster). In a saucepan, chop the zucchini, onions, carrots, add a glass of rust. oil. Put all on the fire again, stir. Simmer another 5 minutes. Then add vinegar, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then put the hot in pasterizovannoye jars and preserve.
