Why "Spring"? probably because very tired of the "heavy" winter, rich soups, you want something fresh and light))) the Soup won me over first aroma - milk-cheese - this smell hovered in the preparation, that is simply beyond words. But then - and taste. Can't call it fruity and very light, because for me, it was a hearty soup. Recipe once found on the Internet, something has changed for themselves and their preferences. I highly recommend to try, I think, among little gourmets are his fans)))

Cooking
The recipe is actually very simple and affordable. Put on the heat the whey and bring to a boil. Add the rice and cook for 15 minutes.
While cooking the rice, cut the apples in small cubes. The skin I did not delete, it is soft. Add the rice to the apples and the saffron, sugar and salt (I salt I prefer). Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes, until fully cooked rice.
When applying (and to eat it immediately, letting it cool slightly) add the cream to taste, I have to portion out 2-3 tablespoons
