Very simple diet and tasty dish for the very young (under 1 year) and adult palates. My child was a foodie, plus there is a need in the diet. I think of this dish. It was so good that it was included in the diet of adult family members.

Cooking
Vegetables prepare and clean. Meatballs (twice minced meat, onion, white bread), you can take the frozen.
Cut the vegetables into large chunks. For Luke this is especially true: so he will give a special aroma.
Put it in pots. You can cook in an ordinary saucepan (or in the Turk – for children from 6 to 10 months), but in a pot tastier and healthier. Pour water so that it barely covers the vegetables. This point is important: if a lot of water, the taste is not the same. The kids think that means delicious, so you need a little salt. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Before serving, add unrefined vegetable oil (I use sunflower). Depending on the age and preferences of consumers, the soup can be served in soup (well crushed and add water), mashed potatoes, mashed potatoes with slices or as is. Tasty, simple, accessible, useful, fast! The dish can be a great basis for rearing children. With other types of meat and vegetables (but onion is a must!) dish acquire different tastes, and it is important for young children. Enjoy!
