Millet casserole on yogurt with berries
Useful zapekanka. Hot full Breakfast or dinner. And once out of the fridge it can be served as a good dessert. Today I made it with cherries

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 стак.

  • Yogurt

    300 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    2 ст. л.

  • Cherry

    3/4 стак.

  • Butter

    1 ч. л.

This wonderful casserole is used the millet - I'll take a few bags of millet from the Mistral.

Put the yogurt in a cheesecloth - you get a thick natural cream for 10 minutes.

Beat eggs with sugar, add the yogurt cream, leaving about a third for submission.

Millet is ready, remove it from package and put a little cool

All mix (millet and yogurt with eggs and sugar), add the cherries.

Grease the ramekins with butter, put the dough.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes. The ceramic mold (like me) put in cold oven, preheat the oven to the desired temperature together with them - not to burst.

Get the prepared casserole and let cool. I usually put it in the fridge and is served in the morning.
