Balloon to inflate the size of a large pear.
Chocolate melt in a water bath or in a microwave.
On the parchment spread 1 tsp of chocolate.
The ball "roll" in chocolate and put on parchment.
Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. In the balloon with the needle make a hole and deflate. Separated from the chocolate. And serves favorite Demetri: ice cream, jelly, mousse, sorbet, cream or fruit/berries with whipped cream! You can dream up with a combination of white and dark chocolate!
