Cooking
Apples peel, cut into large slices and spread a layer in a greased form. Put on top of nuts and raisins, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Prepare the batter: whisk the eggs, sugar, mayonnaise, vanilla, zest, add flour, soda and mineral water.
Bake Apple pie in a hot oven.
The finished pie should be blush and lush.
Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve. This tasty and fragrant dish is always a welcome guest in our home :-)
