Placinte is a favorite dish of my childhood. They come with different fillings. I want to buy you cheese.

Cooking
Sift the flour, salt. In lukewarm water add vegetable oil, knead soft, elastic dough. Cover with a towel, let it "rest".
For the filling, mix the cheese, eggs, chopped onion, salt.
Roll out the dough "sausage", cut into 16 pieces. From each piece roll of kolobochek and cover with a towel, so as not weather-beaten.
Each of kolobochek roll out the dough, put the filling, zasiyaet edges and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
