The site has a lot of recipes for lemon cake, but such as I have, I have not found. Found in my cookbook where I got it, I do not remember. Help yourself!

Cooking
Dough: egg, oil, water, sugar, zest from two lemons and the flour and knead elastic dough.
Form gently spread the dough and puncture it with a fork.
Filling: squeeze the juice of five lemons, add sugar, eggs, starch, butter.
Pour the filling on the dough and put in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
After this time remove the cake from the oven, allow to cool and eat.
