Compote from rhubarb
The weather is hot and want something cold and refreshing. Fresh fruits and berries, not yet ripe, but full of useful rhubarb.

Ingredients

  • Rhubarb

    5-6 шт

  • Sugar

    4-5 ст. л.

  • Water

    2 л

  • Hibiscus

    1 ч. л.

Pour into a saucepan the water, fill with sugar and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, throw in the pan the chopped stalks of rhubarb and dry hibiscus tea, which will give the compote a nice pink color. Cook 5 minutes and turn off heat.
