Beat the egg with salt. Add the salmon (highly recommend the salmon, the meatballs are produced from especially tender), chopped onion, salt.
Beat with a blender, gradually adding milk. Salmon is very delicate, easily crushed. Add in minced starch and flour, knead.
Enable multiverse mode "frying", in a bowl pour the oil and lay the meatballs. The meat is very tender, and I adapted for these purposes, a spoonful of ice cream, soaking it with cold water.
In a minute the meatballs gently turn, lightly fry the other side. The meatballs keep their shape perfectly.
