Pike gutting, remove the head and fins (I don't really like these components in the finished dish). Prepared pike sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, finely chop the zest and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, add the vegetable oil. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes minimum.

Vegetables clean. At the bottom of the bowl multivarki put the potatoes, cut into quarters, then pike with the marinade, then coarsely chopped celery, onion, tomato, a chili pepper, lemon wedge, olives (leave stuff 3) finely chopped dill. Sprinkle lightly with salt and evenly distributed 30 g butter cut in pieces. Set the program "Quenching" for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Remaining butter cooked with the juice of half a lemon, add a pinch of sugar and salt, finely chopped olives (remember we had set aside 3 pieces) and garlic dill. Bring the sauce to a boil and lightly ovarium (about 5 minutes).
