Soup of salmon with barley
Amazing soup. Lightweight and at the same time nutritious. Cooked in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 кг

  • Pearl barley

    100 г

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    2 шт

  • Potatoes

    5 шт

  • Sunflower oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

    0.5 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

Fish pour 2 liters of water, bring to boil, add salt and cook for 30 min. strain the Broth through a sieve or cheesecloth to separate the fish from the bones. Again put on fire or in a slow cooker. In boiling broth put the cereal and chopped potatoes. (for 20 minutes) Onion, carrot shred. Sauté the vegetables in oil. Add to the pot. Cook for another 5min.

Serve with green onions and sour cream.
