The amount of ingredients are approximate, guided by your taste. Give a rough number for 2 liters of drink. 5 large stalks of rhubarb wash, peel and cut into small pieces.

If you love honey, it will be even better and more useful to add it instead of sugar (we taste honey don't love, unfortunately). But in this case, the honey added should be at the very end, when the drink will be ready to save the maximum amount of nutrients in it. Add a few sprigs of fresh mint (I have 3-4 small branches) and a large sprig of lemon balm (this is optional, but it gives an interesting lemon flavor). When boil - turn off heat and cover.
