Description

Smelt, baked in a slow cooker with onion and cheese sauce
I love fish but tired of monotonous meals, sometimes you want to experiment. Often, experiments fail. :-) Especially when you consider that I love to eat, even with a limited diet, and I like to cook, but to be "the eternal flame" I have not, unfortunately, possible. So in the kitchen I have my best friends, slow cooker, convection oven, microwave with convection and vaccinia. Now, I submit to your judgment, my dear fellow cooks, the dish for the slow cooker. Smelt fish specific, just fry her already tired, and the fish all like and want. :-) So I tried to cook. Quick, tasty, unusual. My family liked it. :-)

Cooking

step-0
Smelt good wash, dry, tear off the head and gut.
step-1
Lay the fish in a oiled bowl multivarki "a La sprats" and put on top of Bay leaf.
step-2
Melt in frying pan butter and pipeservice in it the diced onion.
step-3
When the onions become translucent, add the flour and fry until Golden brown.
step-4
Cottage cheese mixed with milk to make a volume of 300 ml and add to fried onions. *As far as I remember, cottage cheese is sold in different packages. But we need 300 ml, bring to desired volume with milk.
step-5
Carefully stirring, over low heat, bring the sauce to the consistency of thick cream. And put in the bowl multivarki on top of the fish, smooth.
step-6
Close the lid, turn the mode Suppression/Pilaf (multivarku-cooker with the valve closed for 20 minutes, the usual slow cooker - 40 minutes). Such a fish - delicate, Golden as the fried sprats. You can add a side dish - potatoes or vegetable salad. But my eating just. :-) Cold fish is also delicious. PS Sorry for the photo not the photographer I am. :-)
