Summer soup with Pak Choi and Basil
Very light and flavorful summer soup, in which there is a taste included in it ingredient.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 г

  • Water

    2 л

  • Potatoes

    250 г

  • Cabbage

    100 г

  • Green peas

    150 г

  • Zucchini

    300 г

  • Onion

    50 г

  • Carrots

    50 г

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

  • Basil

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Meat cut into portion pieces. Pour into the slow cooker or pot of water and add the meat. Cooking time 90 minutes.

Chop the vegetables: Zucchini - diced Potato - diced Carrot - diced or shredded Onion - finely shinkuem Pak Choy - cut in like regular cabbage

30 minutes before end of cooking add salt, Bay leaf, black pepper, potatoes, onions and carrots. 10 minutes before the end add the peas and zucchini. 2-3 minutes before the end add the Pak Choy and half of Basil.

Pour the soup over the plates. Add to each plate a spoon of sour cream and fresh Basil.
