Juicy, aromatic and spicy wings with spices and soy sauce Kikkoman.
Ingredients

Chicken wings

Soy sauce

Brown sugar
1 ст. л.

Nutmeg
0,5 ч. л.

Curry
0,5 ч. л.

Peppers red hot chilli
0,5 ч. л.
Cooking
Wings wash, Pat dry with paper towels, cut at joints into 2 parts.
In a saucepan mix the sugar and spices, add soy sauce, put on fire, heat to dissolve the sugar, the marinade do not boil.
Pour marinade wings, leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Fry until cooked on the grill.
