Potato-buckwheat pancakes. Once, while visiting my aunt I tried it drannikov with buckwheat. I really liked this unique combination! So I decided to share with you this recipe. Simple, quick and delicious drannikov... what can I say? But there is that :)) They also lean! And if you want not a fast option, add the egg and garnish with sour cream. So, for cooking!

Prepare the ingredients
Buckwheat boil. I pour this amount of 1 Cup water and put in microwave on full power at first under cover, then on average - without cover. For all of about 15 min. Turns crisp and fragrant porridge. The cool thing is that I bought a Mistral in the package and no need to touch or wash or soak the groats (soaked some buckwheat)
Three potatoes with onion on a grater (first onions, then potatoes will not darken, because the float will remain the juice from the onion)

Add flour. Do not need much! That was not "rubber". Here the flour is the binder, it is enough 1-2 tablespoons of the Mix. To get a little viscous mass (from gluten flour)
Crush with a spoon and scoops up a full table. the spoon test. Palm slightly the dough to form a round thin tortillas... simply put, sculpt drannikov :) Put them on a heated with oil pan and fry on one side until Golden brown... ... Turn over and lightly press with a spatula and fry the other side (already possible under cover to drannikov was tender. Or without it - then will be crispy drannikov)
Here they are turned out delicious!
Recommend to serve with red pickled fish and vegetable salad. Or with sour cream and herbs - I'm so mother podchivali, I think she did not notice that drannikov without eggs - and they usually says :) help yourself! Very tasty!
