Spring has arrived in our stores vprevye I found a small carrot - baby carrot. To my surprise there was no limit, because I've always wanted to find something like that from us. And lo! Packing peeled small carrots 400 g with mayonnaise sauce, and all of local production. I am very glad for native agriculture, especially that carrots was so delicious and sweet that even my husband, who belongs to the carrot very, very cool, eating away the only way. But as much as I loved that carrot, I really wanted to Refine it. I was poking around on the Internet and found several options marinated baby carrots, adapt them for themselves, based on the availability of the products. Turned out very tasty and unusual.

Cooking

The obtained marinade, pour the carrots. If the carrots are not fully covered with the marinade, it is periodically necessary carrot to mix. I did that for 3 hours, and then removed to the fridge overnight.
