Spinach-rice balls with sauce
Suggest you try a delicious appetizer, served with a sauce "Marinara". This recipe I found in a magazine, and he attracted me with its simplicity and originality, and accessibility products. When I baked, the result exceeded all my expectations! It turned out amazingly delicious dish that can be served as an appetizer or to prepare for a family dinner. Help yourself!!!

While preparing the balls, prepare the sauce "Marinara". For this finely chop the onion and garlic and stew in vegetable oil on low heat until soft, about 10 minutes.

Add chopped celery, carrots, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the tomato paste, some water and Bay leaf and cook with an open lid on low heat for about 1 hour. It is better to use a jar of tomatoes in own juice, but since I didn't have them, I cook with tomato paste. When the sauce is ready, select it from the Bay leaf. The sauce can be prepared in advance.

If the sauce is prepared in advance, before feeding it needs a little heat. Sauce and balls serve warm.
