Cooking
Eggplant wash, cut into thin slices, add salt (1 tablespoon) and leave for 30 minutes. Merge the separated juice and rinse well.
While standing eggplant, marinade for chicken breast. I used chili pepper, grated grated garlic and soy sauce. Then put on to cook the rice until cooked, add salt to taste.
Heat the pan, add a little sunflower oil and fry the washed eggplant with 2 sides, for about 30 seconds (on high heat). I make strong to save you time.
