Description

In the magazine "Love to cook" I read this recipe. Design I really liked. Like most ordinary products, and can decorate a festive table. Thanks to author Julia Zherebtsovo.

Ingredients

Fish fillets

2-3 шт
Potatoes

6 шт
Carrots

1 шт
Beets

1 шт
Onion

1-2 шт
Mayonnaise
Chicken egg

Cooking

Fillet finely chop and spread on a flat dish (a layer about 3-4cm). Top with finely chopped onion. And to water with mayonnaise.

Then a layer of finely chopped potatoes and cover with mayonnaise.

Layers again. Subsequent circle should be smaller than the previous one.

Carrots and beets are cut into thin wafers and form roses to decorate the mincemeat. Between the roses put the "petals" of the egg. Mincemeat is ready to put on 1 hour in the cold.
