In a pot of water (3 liters), add salt (2 tbsp), pepper, Bay leaf, herbs (you can dry bags), bring to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, throws crayfish (as it is not sad, but crabs should be live, so that they do not suffer, they fill their head down). And waiting for the water to boil. Once the water is boiling, wait for another 8-10 minutes.
