Gourmet salad with white wine or champagne. Easy, with minimal harm to the figures, which is important in the spring.

1/2 ч. л.

1/2 ч. л.

Soy sauce
1 ч. л.

Cooking
Sweet Apple cut into thin slices.
Red onion - thin "feathers".
Grapefruit peel and chop finely.
Hard cheese cut into curly with a knife.
For the filling mix the sour cream, soy sauce "Kikkoman", honey, mustard and black pepper.
Salad ingredients put on a plate. Prunes cut into strips and sprinkle on top, pour salad sauce.
