Cooking
To prepare the fruit. Most importantly, you can't eat them :)
Grapefruit peel, divided into slices, remove the film (much work, I have the patience for all is not enough). Apple cut out the core, cut into slices. Lemon cleanse. Cut into circles.
Cover with water. Put on the fire. When boiling, pour the sugar. How to cook the compote is up to you, depending on what you want to.
Compote strain and you can drink. Hot and cold. Warm evenings :)
