Prunes arbitrarily slice and pour with kefir for 2-3 hours.
Then punch a blender until smooth.
Whisk eggs with brown sugar (I have a "Mistral Demerara).
Pour kefir here-chernoslivovymi mixture and add cinnamon.
Pour in the vegetable oil.
Add rye malt.
And the sifted flour with the baking powder. Stir to avoid lumps
Apples cut into arbitrarily. Put in the form of layers: dough-Apple-dough-I Apple. You can mix the apples with the dough - does not matter.
Bake in the oven at 160-180 degrees. Readiness check with a splinter. Hot cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
