Description

Cooking
Liver, zucchini, onions, garlic mince, salt and mix
Cheese, egg yolks and dill mix, salt
Formed 12 balls and placed in a silicone mold for cupcakes
Becky whisk, add to hepatic mass
Spread hepatic mass on the cottage cheese balls and cook in microwave 4 min, at 800
While preparing liver souffle, I pan fry 12 pancakes of hepatic masses
Ready souffle pancakes stacked on liver. Turns 12 and 12 souffle pancake
Served with vegetables and greens. Bon appetit!
