Cranberry-lemon pie
Probably immodest to put the first recipe on the site and immediately to the competition... But who doesn't risk (slightly paraphrasing) don't get prizes :). The cake turns out very tasty with sweet and sour notes. And yet it is quite simple to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Flour

To make the filling. Fresh cranberry juice mixed with freshly squeezed lemon juice. 4 tbsp flour mixed with 1 tbsp. sugar, vanilla sugar, pour juice, put on fire and cook, stirring, until thickened (5-6 minutes). Add cranberries, cook another 5 minutes. Cool, beat in the butter.

For the test. The remaining flour mix with the remaining sugar. Vegetable oil mix with water. Combine the two masses, knead dough. 1/4 portion of the dough roll into a ball, remove for 10 minutes in the freezer. The remaining roll the dough into a round form, making bumpers.

On the dough put the stuffing. Chilled dough to grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle top of the pie. Preheat the oven to 180°, bake for 40-45 minutes.
