  • Butter

To start, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Now for the basis of cookies. Take 9 tbsp butter at room temperature. Add 50 g sugar and beat 3 minutes.

Add remaining butter, salt and cream. Boil until smooth.

Add the chopped chocolate. Let stand for 2 minutes. Combine and chill 10 minutes.

Chocolate mixture evenly on the cooling for 4 hours. Cut into pieces, decorate as desired.
