Light salad with smoked pike
Very light, not burdened with mayonnaise salad! Savor the flavor and smell of smoked fish. In the original on the TV channel "Food" salad was pike baked in the oven, but I wanted to add the smell of smoked meat... and it turned out very tasty!

Cut diced cucumbers, pickled smaller, red onion.

In a mortar, RUB 4 tbsp of sesame oil with finely chopped green onion, chili pepper and pressed garlic, salt to taste. Add a little white wine vinegar (1ch. L.)

Rye bread (preferably) bread cut into croutons and fry in a pan without oil.

If the mushrooms are large, cut if not, you can all put in a pan pour in the wine vinegar (2-3 tablespoons) and a little boiling water (30 ml), cover it and stew for 7 minutes. Then excess fluid can be drained, add 1 small spoon of butter and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Collect salad: first, cucumber onion, on top of the mushrooms, fish meat, pulled into small pieces, croutons. Pour all the dressing and a little sesame oil. The salad is ready!!!
