Arrange the lettuce leaves on a platter
Pear clean from the skin, to release from the core and cut into slices. On salad leaves lay out slices of pear.
To make the sauce. In a bowl, mix until smooth olive oil, mustard, vinegar, sugar and black pepper.
Cheese break into small pieces and spread on the leaves with pear
Finely chop nuts and sprinkle them on the salad leaves
Pour salad dressing and serve immediately on the table!
