Description
This dish came to my mind at 11 PM, which for me almost night. Hence the name. Meat with mushrooms make me sick, so I made a fish with a spicy sauce.

Cooking
Onion cut into thin half-rings, lightly fried. To the onions add the mushrooms, a little put out.
To the onions and mushrooms add the chopped small pieces of fish fillet.
While the fish is baking - mix the mayonnaise, pepper, mustard and finely chopped parsley. By the way, note: I instead of the peppers was a condiment "little peppers".
When the fish is almost ready, mix it with the sauce and season with salt. Simmer until tender.
