Description
This is the easiest and truly summer salad, because it consists of two very simple ingredients and is complemented by a lovely gas station. The salad goes very well with meat cooked on a fire outdoors or at home! And how unusual it looks on the plate! Simple and striking decoration that will add a summer freshness to any dish!

Cooking
Cut into thin half-rings onions.
In the container mix vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper, they added chopped onions and left to marinate for half an hour.
Cucumber cut into thin slices.
Dill can be cut and you can just break up.
On a platter laid out plates of cucumber (they can be a little twist to get the curls/ringlets), sprinkle with dill, pour dressing. The salad goes perfectly with the tender pieces of chicken cooked in soy sauce or teriyaki sauce!
