Cooking
Beat egg with sugar. Add sour cream, margarine, salt, cocoa and flour with baking soda, mix well.
To the batter add coconut and cherries, mix well.
Put the dough in the form greased with butter, and bake 45-50 minutes at t 180 C. For icing: Melt 50 g chocolate, stirring add 100 g of cream, when it boils remove from heat and pour the cupcake.
