Cold green tea
In the heat, very thirsty, and everybody knows that the best thirst quencher - tea. And it's true. Before this I used purchase green tea in plastic bottles, and then, coming into the garden, I looked and thought : -well, all I have for this fine drink (except lemon and sugar of course ) I'm growing here. And for several years in both summer and winter I do it myself. Can someone come in handy. By the way, if to drink it hot, he's very good warm.

We have ginger, lemon (citric acid) sugar, water, tea bag (I take black, he plays the role of the dye ) and herbs. My favorite kit : peppermint, Melissa and leaves of lemongrass, leaves black. currant, raspberry and garden-bergamot (don't remember his 2 titles ). They do not interrupt, and complement the flavor of each other.

Don't forget ANY PRODUCT CAN BE ALLERGIC, so if you haven't tried some kind of spicy herb, first check if there is a reaction. Put water to boil, put sugar, a few plates of ginger ( do not overdo it, and it will burn as from pepper ) and cook for 5 minutes.
