Bright, fragrant and spicy bread, just the joy of taste!!! However, coming to any dish... get it!!!
Ingredients

Flour

Wholegrain wheat flour
200 г

Yeast
2 ч. л.

Salt
2 ч. л.

Honey
2 ст. л.

Ginger
1 ломт.

Orange zest
1 ст. л.

Serum
350 мл
-
Butter
30 г
Cooking
Load ingredients according to the instructions. I first dry.
Add liquid honey.
Grate the ginger as fine as possible. I used a grater for the zest.
To get the same grated orange zest.
I baked the bread on the rapid bake mode. For best results I pre-warmed the serum in the microwave.
Bread is ready!!!
Wrap the bread with a towel until cool.
