Useful oatmeal cookies
I invite You to enjoy the healthy oatmeal cookies, cooked without butter, eggs, sugar and dairy products. These cookies are suitable for people on a diet, fasting and those who like crunchy things. I want to warn that they are not too sweet. But they are admirably suited to the cheese plate (when you do not keep post).

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    300 г

  • Flour

    4 ст. л.

  • Prunes

    100 г

  • Cards

    100 г

  • Water

    400 мл

  • Sunflower oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Cinnamon

    1 ч. л.

  • Flax seeds

    3 ст. л.

  • Leavening agent

    1 ч. л.

  • Carnation

    0.25 ч. л.

  • Salt

    1 щепот.

  • Sesame

    2 ст. л.

Oatmeal is a bit (!) grind in a blender (not to the point of flour). Add salt, cloves, cinnamon, baking powder, flour and mix thoroughly. (If You have cereal, grind them don't!)

Dates and prunes pour boiling water and let stand for 15-20 minutes, drain the water.

Flax seeds grind in a coffee grinder into flour. Water (if You are fast, you can use regular milk) is heated to 80 degrees. Add Flaxseed meal, dates, prunes, sunflower oil. If You have a sweet tooth, I recommend to add 2-3 tbsp of liquid honey. Mix thoroughly.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, knead the dough. It turns out a little sticky and put it on 40-60 minutes in the refrigerator.

The table and rolling pin covered with flour, roll out the dough with a thickness of 4-6 mm. Cut out dough circles, I for these purposes used an ordinary glass.

Put the workpiece on the laid parchment or silicone Mat baking sheet. The top is wetted with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
