Cheese cake
Very tender and tasty cake. Just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

To connect the chips from the cookies and chopped nuts, add the condensed milk, cocoa, sugar (2 tbsp) milk. A good knead. Should be a fairly plastic mass. Spread on the bottom of the mold with detachable sides and carefully stamp the bottom of the beaker.

Gelatin to dissolve in small amount of hot water (I took 3 tablespoons) and stir thoroughly until dissolved. Cottage cheese whipped, stir in the zest, lemon juice, gelatin. Beat the whites with the sugar (1/2 Cup) to stable peaks and carefully stir in the cottage cheese.

Spread the cheese on the base. I made another top notch chocolate.

Decorate as desired. Tighten the foil and put in the refrigerator at least 3-4 hours.
