Very nice crumb: vlazhnovatoy, residuance. Plus a very tasty snack - sesame. The bread is wonderful!

Cooking
Put all the ingredients in a baking dish according to the instructions for your HP. In my Moulinex the following sequence: water, egg, lemon juice, oil, sugar, salt, powdered milk, sifted flour, semolina, sesame and yeast.
The "native" mode, weight 750 g.
The finished loaf cool on a wire rack.
